As if things weren’t bad enough for rap super star Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs (AKA: Puff Daddy, P-Diddy), now he is being sued by a former male employee for accusations of sexual assault.
Court documents claim that Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Diddy, is accusing the celeb for repeated sexual assault charges. Jones said while he was working on Diddy’s latest album from September 2022 to November 2023, Diddy sexually made advances towards him.
The producer reported that Diddy would grope his genitals and even touched his anus in an attempt to groom him into having sex.
However, Diddy, who supposedly walked around naked in front of Jones, downplayed the assaults as horseplay.
Jones also said that Diddy made him undergo unwarranted sexual attention from his associates, including; Cuba Gooding Jr. and a female cousin of the rapper’s girlfriend, Yung Miami.
The female rapper’s cousin apparently tried to have sex with Jones in front of Diddy. Jones also stated that he was forced to solicit sex workers and perform sex acts with them at the request of Diddy.
Jones even thinks he was potentially drugged and raped during one of Diddy’s drug-rampant parties, which took place in February 2023. Jones claims he woke up naked, dizzy, and confused in bed with Diddy and two sex workers.
Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, denied the accusations and simply stated, “Jones is nothing more than a liar. He filed this $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them,” Holley concluded her statement.
The latest lawsuit comes at the heels of several other sexual assault cases filed against Diddy in recent months.
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura, was the first to come forward with accusations of rape and abuse in November 2023.
Following her filing, which was quickly settled, three more women filed lawsuits against the rapper for sexual assault.
Diddy has denied all of the cases.
