The 20-year-old daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford was holding her bare chest as she showed off her svelte frame for the front of Perfect.
The Malibu-bred siren, who has been in Italy for Milan Fashion Week, also had several small tattoos all over her body as she modeled chunky black clogs with metal accents.
The brunette bombshell shared the eye-popping image to Instagram early on Friday morning as she said the person on the cover was her ‘alter ego.’
‘My alter ego for the cover of @theperfectmagazine by @mikaeljansson @kegrand,’ wrote the budding star.
Her pal Amelia Gray Hamlin liked the image while actress pal Dove Cameron called Kaia, ‘My baby.’
On the cover were several names to the side like Hailey Bieber and Cate Blanchett. There were also other covers available.
This comes after Kaia was seen modeling on the Prada runway in Milan this week. She wore a white tank top with a black skirt and had her hair slicked back.
Kaia recently celebrated her mother’s birthday, sharing an adorable snap to her 7.5m followers on Instagram.
She described Cindy as ‘her hero’ in the post, captioning: ‘Happy birthday mom (red heart) here’s to celebrating you everyday because one day will never be enough. my hero forever. I love you.’
Kaia has recently been spotted spending time with boyfriend Austin Butler, 30.
The pair were first spotted together in December, following Kaia’s split with actor ex-boyfriend Jacob Elordi.
Austin, who is 10 years her senior, famously dated High School Musical actress Vanessa Hudgens.
