Britney Spears was looking fabulous and fierce as she enjoyed her tropical honeymoon trip with husband Sam Asghari, after their June wedding.
40-year old Spears posted a sultry video to her Instagram on Independence Day, as she frolicked on the beach in a neon green and pink bikini top and cheetah bottoms that showed off her toned frame.
Though the weather looked sunny in the clip, Spears complained about the lack of sun and rain. Spears went on to write on her post, “Of course on my honeymoon the suns not out!!! It’s ‘raining cats & dogs!”
Spears pulled her blonde hair back into an updo held together by her hand, as she splashed around in the water and rubbed sand on her body.
The video appeared to have been taken by her husband, whose shadow could be seen throughout.
At the end, she added a quick clip of a neatly cut fruit platter, and went on to gush about how much fruit she’s been enjoying during the getaway in her caption.
Britney appeared to have a grand time and flashed a bright smile as she frolicked in the ocean waves in the clip, which was set to Justin Bieber’s hit song ‘Honest.’
Though it’s unclear how long Britney’s been on her honeymoon, she did sport a beautiful golden tan in the video.
Spears also shared what her honeymoon activities consisted of during her trip. She said, “It’s raining cats & dogs … I’m watching Matthew McConaughey in How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days … which is my fave comedy of all time … and eating fruit cause its too hot and muggy to eat hot food!!!”
She went on to discuss the fruit she’s been eating on her getaway, “Good God just the fruit here … its cold and when it registers on my tongue … it melts and puts me in bliss silence but there is still the smallest crunch sound with the watermelon.”
She wrapped up her caption, writing, “So as I sing in the rain and possibly play in the muddy sand which is on my bucket list ….. Of course on my honeymoon the suns not out!!! The moment you beautiful people say … The sun will always be out in California.”
