Britney was all smiles and full of sunshine as she was spotted in her first public outing since her tell-all memoir, “The Woman In Me” was released.
In new pictures snapped in West Hollywood, California, Spears looked to be in really great spirits while heading to celeb hotspot Chateau Marmot with friend Cade Hudson.
Spears also carried her newest furry addition to her family, Snow, that she adopted in August after her estranged husband Sam Asghari took custody of one of their five dogs following their intentions divorce.
Spears dressed in her very best autumn attire on her lunch outing, showing off a figure-hugging orange dress with light brown boots.
Spears also donned her signature Aviator sunglasses, tying her afternoon look together with a large white purse.
The outing marked the first time fans have seen Spears out and about since the successful Oct. 24 release of “The Woman In Me.”
While Spears has been making headlines for her off-the-wall behavior and a myriad of other reasons, including dancing with knives and her still up-in-the air divorce, all eyes shifted to Spears heartfelt story upon the book’s release.
One of the excerpts that caught the nation’s attention was Spears’ admission to getting an abortion during her highly publicized relationship with Justin Timberlake.
“I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” Spears, 41, wrote in her memoir, explaining that Timberlake, 42, “definitely wasn’t happy” when he learned about her pregnancy. “He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”
Continuing, Spears wrote, “I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”
