The ex-wife of pop princess Britney Spears’ new boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, claims he is a deadbeat dad of at least nine children and hasn’t paid a cent of child support.
Nicole Mancilla spoke about her ex-husband with whom she shares five children, “He is the EBT version of Nick Cannon.”
“My husband fell in Britney Spears’ p–sy,” Mancilla continued to describe Soliz. “He was cheating on me with her while we were still married. Yet, he denies that’s the case and is even denying his own kids right now. He neglects them for her.”
Spears, 42, initially hired Soliz, 37, in 2022 for a housekeeper-type position at her home, but the business relationship eventually turned romantic. Despite him being fired in 2023 after his criminal record was exposed, Spears didn’t seem to mind getting hot and heavy.
Mancilla, 36, said, “He stays at her multimillion dollar Thousand Oaks mansion, but lists a bungalow a few blocks down the road as his legal residence. He’s on probation, so if he officially lives at her house, they have access to searching her house. So that’s why he still has an address here.”
Mancilla stated that her and their five children currently live with her mother, Sandra Smith.
“He has 10 kids. He doesn’t support any of them,” Smith, a surgical assistant claimed. “They have a 1-year-old together, and he doesn’t even pay attention to that one either.”
Smith called Soliz a “Deadbeat Dad” and said he has put her in a difficult position because he doesn’t support any of his kids while they are all at her home.
“Nicole’s torn up by everything. This has been going on for five years. And he doesn’t leave her alone; he keeps coming back,” she added. “I wouldn’t let him see the kids if it was me. She does because she wants them to have a dad. But I wouldn’t want a dad like that.”
Court documents filed by the Los Angeles County Support Services on March 22, 2024 demand Soliz pay $1,167 per month in child support starting May 1, 2024, plus 50 percent of health care costs for his children Trystan, 9, Dylan, 8, and Violet, 1.
The documents also state that Soliz earns $2,773 per month, while Mancilla has no income.
A separate court case filed in 2021 determined Soliz to be the father of Trystan and Dylan, as well as Cesar, 17, and Nicholas, 6.
Spears’ romance with Soliz, which first made headlines last summer after her divorce from Sam Asghari, is being scrutinized once again in light of their altercation at the Chateau Marmont last week that resulted in an ambulance being called to the scene.
Photos showed the distraught-looking Britney covering herself with a pillow and a blanket as first responders surrounded the couple outside the famed hotel in West Hollywood, California.
Despite rumors circulating that the pop star was beaten by Soliz, Britney cleared the rumors on social media, saying that it was an accident after she tried to leap of a bed. She then continued to claim that the paramedics and police showed up illegally after her mother, Lynne Spears, blew the situation up more than it was.
After the whirlwind week of drama surrounding Britney and Soliz, multiple people have concluded that Britney should have been kept under her conservatorship. Despite her regaining her freedom in November 2021, Britney seems to have slowly derailed herself off the train tracks of normalcy and have even caused speculation amongst fans that she is using illicit drugs.
“I hate to say it, but the way this is all going, this is what we feared,” one source shared.
A second insider acknowledged Britney’s father and former conservator, Jamie Spears, was “flawed” but had put the guardianship into place in February 2008 “for a reason, and it wasn’t because her dad wanted to make some nefarious money grab.”
“It was put in place because Britney has serious mental health issues and was going completely off the rails,” the insider added.
