56 has never looked so good!
Paulina Porizkova isn’t covering up for this Vogue cover. Four decades after making her Vogue debut, the 56-year-old model posed “full-frontal nude” for the famed fashion glossy’s Czechoslovakia edition.
“Exactly 40 years after my very first German Vogue cover at the age of sixteen, here is a new one. Full frontal nude, at 56, on Vogue CZ,” Porizkova captioned her cover shot on Instagram Tuesday, thanking the “brave folks” at the magazine and the “incredible team behind this photo shoot.”
The drop dead gorgeous Czechoslovakian-born beauty, posed in a completely see-through bodysuit for the nearly naked photo, with carefully placed swan emojis covering her nipples.
“I can’t wait to share the inside pages as well, this was one of the most fun and playful photos shoots I have done, possibly in my life. For you peeps who have a problem with the lack of coverup, you can peruse the pages fully dressed,” she continued, adding some of her frequently used hashtags, #betweenjloandbettywhite and #sexyhasnoexpirationdate.
Her famous followers praised the stripped-down shoot, with “RHOBH” star Lisa Rinna commenting a series of clapping emojis and fellow model Elle Macpherson writing, “Love.”
Miss J. Alexander expressed his support in no uncertain terms, writing simply, “Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssss.”
Porizkova is no stranger to showing off her body and often poses on Instagram in sexy lingerie.
It’s also not her first time going fully nude in her 50s, either, as she shared her own topless photo following “the brouhaha” surrounding 55-year-old Elizabeth Hurley’s viral photo in January.
Porizkova’s cover comes shortly after the fashion icon clapped back at ageist critics, saying she still thinks she “looks pretty good in lingerie.”
“In my 20s, I was celebrated for showing up in lingerie. I was getting a lot of money for it and everybody loved me,” she said during a recent appearance on “The Tamron Hall Show.”
“In my 50s, I still think I look pretty good in lingerie, but the reaction is reviled, obviously not by everybody, but yeah, there’s a fair amount of backlash.”
