A rep for Leslie Jordan confirmed Monday morning that the famous celeb had tragically passed away from a car crash.
The 67-year old famous comedian was driving in Hollywood, when it was later suspected, he suffered from a medical emergency and crashed his BMW into the side of a building.
The “American Horror Story” star was also known for his work in “Will & Grace,” “Hearts Afire” and “Call Me Kat.”
Jordan shot to fame during the Covid pandemic after he became a viral social media star for his heartwarming and comedic clips.
Jordan ultimately boosted his Instagram following from 50,000 to 5.8 million, where it stands currently.
In the videos narrated in his Southern drawl, the diminutive thespian documented many of his mundane daily activities, from attempts at following an exercise video to his morning breakfast rituals, which might include watching porn.
“Oh, don’t you dare judge me,” he chided viewers during his rather blue breakfast segment. “Y’all are out there doing it. I can at least watch it. It’s better than CNN.”
An openly gay star, Jordan joked that he knew he was homosexual since birth.
“I fell out of the womb and landed on Mother’s high heels,” he laughed.
Throughout his career, Jordan also candidly discussed his substance abuse issues and the DUI that served as his rock bottom before getting sober.
“Anybody who’s having problems quitting drinking, try the Twin Towers which is the LA Men’s Jail, that’ll sober you up,” he joked. “It was horrendous. People laugh about it and I tell funny stories about it but I’ve seen people, white-collar criminals, they have no idea. Just the food and taking away everything.”
