Anyone who grew up in the 90’s and early 2000’s and listening to music, knows the famous rapper Puff Daddy, now known as Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
So it comes as a shock, that a man who was idolized by many fans and that probably even had his posters on their walls, is being accused of some rather heavy allegations.
According to Combs’ ex-girlfriend, a singer known as Cassie, the rapper blew up Kid Audi’s car after he discovered Kid Audi was wooing his former ex while they were on a break from each other.
Cassie also claims Combs became so enraged about her new romance that he warned her around the time of Paris Fashion Week in 2012 that he would blow up Audi’s car.
“Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway,” the court documents read.
Further more, a close source to Kid Cudi also spoke up and claimed Cassie’s accusations are very true against Combs.
Despite multiple people standing together on Cassie’s side, Combs’ attorney, Ben Brafman, said, “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations.”
“For the past 6 months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail,” his attorney continued. “Despite withdrawing her initial threat, Ms. Ventura has now resorted to filing a lawsuit riddled with baseless and outrageous lies, aiming to tarnish Mr. Combs’s reputation and seeking a payday.”
The New York lawsuit filed by Cassie claims that she was trapped in a drug and alcohol-fueled relationship with Combs, who was also physically and sexually abusive for years.
She goes on to say that the 54-year old Combs even perpetrated sex trafficking by forcing her to perform oral sexual services on him and many other male sex workers as he filmed the x-rated acts.
Cassie also reported Combs physically assaulted her numerous times in front of his staff and employees, who would all sit quietly out of fear that they would lose their job.
When Cassie tried to leave the relationship and abuse, she would be brought right back to Combs’ side by his crew.
“Over the years that Mr. Combs abused Ms. Ventura physically and sexually, she again and again tried to escape his tight hold over her life,” court documents read. “Every time she hid, Mr. Combs’s vast network of corporations and affiliated entities found her, and those who worked for Mr. Combs’s companies implored her to return to him.”
After the lawsuit became public, Cassie, 37, stated, “After years in silence and darkness. I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships.”
Cassie is not by herself when it comes to seeking justice for the abuse she endured, as some fellow stars and fans have rallied to stand behind her with full support.
“I’m in complete support of her,” Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day said.
She also shared a message on her Instagram Story, writing, “Been trynna tell y’all for years. Prayers up for this queen 🙌🏼 @cassie.”
O’Day’s bandmate Dawn Richard also took to Twitter to share her support.
“praying for Cassie and her family, for peace and healing. you are beautiful and brave ❤️,” she penned.
Famous rapper 50 cent even joined in the comments and captioned a selfie he shared on Thursday, saying Diddy looks “CRAZY AS A MF.”
