They sure are getting big and loving the Hawaiian lifestyle!
It was surf’s up for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, as they spent time with dad in Hawaii.
The three were spotted together by paparazzi, paddle boarding and having a blast together. The brothers were catching waves with their older half-sister Kori, who their dad shares with ex-fiancee Shar Jackson.
Preston, 18, wore a pair of gray swim shorts as he paddleboarded in the ocean with his family.
It was the first time he and Jayden, 17, have been seen since relocating from California to the Aloha State with Federline and his wife, Victoria Prince, and their two daughters, Jordan, 12, and Peyton, 9, in August.
The former dancer, who also shares son Kaleb, 19, with Jackson, 47, decided to move with his family to the islands due to his wife’s new job opportunity.
In May, Federline, 45, had his attorney send a letter to Spears’ lawyer, asking if she’d be open to letting the teens move to Hawaii full-time with him.
A close source said, “At the time, both Preston and Jayden wanted to leave with their father and hadn’t seen Britney in over a year.”
Spears, 41, was absolutely fine seeing her boys relocating with their father and wished them happiness.
Her attorney, Mathew Rosengart, noted that same month that Spears and Federline’s eldest son would “no longer be a minor” come September, while their younger son was also “nearing the age of maturity.”
“To her credit, Britney Spears will not interfere with and consents to the relocation,” he wrote in the letter.
“They are big boys now and Britney felt they could make their own decisions. She wanted them to decide unlike herself at that age,” the source added.
Spears’ fans previously accused Federline of trying to take his sons to Hawaii so that he could extend the number of years that the pop star had to pay him child support.
In Hawaii, child support payments are ordered for children up to the age of 23 if they are enrolled full-time in either an accredited college or university or a vocational or trade school.
However, Federline profusely denied those allegations and said, “A lot of people say a lot of stupid things.”
Despite his claims to innocence, a close source to Britney claimed it was sad because the pop star wouldn’t even be able to see her boys before they left for Hawaii.
Spears and Federline were married from October 2004 to July 2007. They welcomed Preston in September 2005 and Jayden in September 2006.
The Princess of Pop went on to wed Sam Asghari in June 2022; however, they called it quits one year later.
The dad of six tied the knot with Prince in August 2013.
