The very heartbroken and troubled singer Demi Lovato, has finally found peace of mind with sobriety, and also love with her boyfriend.
The famous former Disney child star, is officially engaged to musician Jutes after dating for a little over a year.
Jutes (real name: Jordan Lutes) proposed to Lovato Saturday in Los Angeles with a massive pear-shaped diamond solitaire engagement ring from Material Good.
The very much in love couple, both looked cute in black matching ensembles, while looking happier than ever in their engagement photo shoot. The two gazed lovingly at each other with adoration in their eyes as the photographer snapped their pictures.
The simple but romantic setting featured a black curtain with rose petals and candles lining the floor.
Jutes and Lovato decided to head to one of their favorite LA restaurants to celebrate the good news with their families following the very intimate proposal.
The couple have been romantically linked since August 2022, two years after Lovato ended her first engagement with actor Max Ehrich.
Jutes and Lovato had made their red carpet debut as an official couple at the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy gala at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California in February.
Now, over a year later, they both can’t contain their love for one another. Jutes recently bragged in wonderment while celebrating Lovato’s 31st birthday on August 20th.
“Happy birthday to my best friend. You’re obvs the most beautiful and talented person to ever do it. But more importantly you’re weird af and u make me cry laughing,” he captioned a PDA-packed carousel of pics and videos via Instagram at the time.
“Your heart has changed lives all over the planet… especially some dude from a farm in canada who wound up in your session over a year ago. i didn’t know the perfect person existed until i met u,” he continued. “But now that i do, i’m gunna spend the rest of my life protecting u and doing whatever i can to squeeze another smile n belly laugh outta u. i couldn’t be more proud to call u my baby.”
Before their engagement, Lovato also recently spoke about her relationship with Jutes when she was a guest on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” earlier this month.
Lovato told Hudson, “I met Jutes in the recording studio when I was working on my 2022 album, “Holy Fv-k.” He helped me co-write a few of my songs that are featured on my album, including the song “Substance”.
“We worked really well together and we’re also just super in love,” Lovato shared. “It’s amazing to find someone that you just laugh with and that you get to make music with. It’s just so special.”
