During the filming of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 reunion, Sutton Stracke scared everyone as she underwent a medical emergency on set.
In the trailer that was released on Wednesday, the well-known socialite is sitting next to host Andy Cohen and her fellow co-star Garcelle Beauvais, when suddenly former friend of the cast Kathy Hilton walks in.
As the fashion designer walks to sit next to her sister Kyle Richards, everyone looks at her in shock and Stracke starts gasping for air in a unrelated incident.
When the camera pans over to Stracke, the 52-year-old is struggling to breathe and leaning into Beauvais, who is holding on to her.
She also begins to shake which Cohen points out as he tries to fan her with his cue cards before her hands swell up to the point of turning purple.
“Can we call somebody please?” an alarmed Beauvais asks as Stracke looks around disoriented.
“You’re shaking, you’re shaking, you are really shaking,” Cohen also tells her before a paramedic, as well as certified registered nurse anesthetist Annemarie Wiley, comes over to her.
“Oh my God, that’s scary,” Dorit Kemsley says before the trailer ends.
Despite the medical emergency not being further addressed, Stracke seems to be doing well and has recovered since the incident. She recently was spotted jetting off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her son and his friends.
Moments before Stracke’s health emergency, the cast had been discussing an array of topics, including Richards’ separation from Mauricio Umansky and her rocky friendship with Kemsley, among others.
Richards and Kemsley ended up in an argument when the latter claimed they have not been the same since the actress started hanging out with Morgan Wade.
“You knew by saying something like that it was gonna create a bigger problem for me in the media with the whole Morgan situation,” Richards tells her, seemingly referring to speculation that her relationship with Wade is romantic.
Both Richards, 55, and Wade, 29, have denied being more than just friends, but that doesn’t stop Cohen from grilling Richards during the reunion.
“Could you see yourself with Morgan?” Cohen asks, which has Richards hesitating to answer.
Cohen also seems to interrogate her about the status of her marriage with Umansky, 53, and asks her, “Do you talk about divorce?”
Richards immediately breaks down crying and nods.
The reunion was filmed six months after it was confirmed that Umansky and Richards had called it quits. They had been married for 26 years.
Richards has since shared a few details about the breakup including who initiated it, if they are “free” to date other people and whether they still live under the same roof.
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” three-part reunion begins Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
