Kisses filled with passion, was all Joshua Jackson and Lupita Nyong’o were concerned with, while celebrating her 41st birthday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Photos snapped by paparazzi captured the actor and actress wrapped up in lots of PDA during their walk in the sand at the beach.
At one point, the couple held hands as they frolicked on the white sand and even came close to share a kiss as Nyong’o wrapped her arms around 45-year old Jackson’s neck and head.
Nyong’o’s skin glistened in the sun as she wore a tribal print bikini, while Jackson opted for simple lack board shorts.
The vacation getaway comes just three months after the pair confirmed that they were dating after being spotted taking a walk and holding hands in Joshua Tree, California.
Nyong’o and Jackson were first seen together in October 2023 while attending Janelle Monáe’s “The Age of Pleasure” tour stop at the YouTube Theater in Inglewood, California.
However, at the time, sources claimed there was nothing romantic going on between the actors.
The appearance happened three weeks after Jackson’s ex-wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, had filed for divorce after four years of marriage.
Smith, 37, cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of the split and asked for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Janie. The former couple used “Janie” as an alias for their daughter. Her real name was revealed to be Juno in court documents.
Although close sources to the actor claim he was blind-sided by the divorce, another source said that they were in a very unhealthy relationship.
Meanwhile, Nyong’o took to Instagram following her concert outing with Jackson to confirm that she had split from boyfriend Selema Masekela due to deception.
“I find myself in a season of heartbreak because of a love suddenly and devastatingly extinguished by deception. I am tempted to run into the shadows and hide, only to return to the light when I have regained my strength enough for me to say, ‘Whatever, my life is better this way.’”
The Oscar winner concluded her lengthy post with the hashtag, “#Breakup.”
