Enough is enough for Hilary Duff and her husband Matthew Koma, after finding out she was pregnant with baby number 3, now making her a mom of 4 children.
So, Matthew Koma has revealed recently that he got a vasectomy amid Duff’s pregnancy with their third child.
The music producer detailed his journey on his Instagram Story Monday, telling his followers, “It’s vasectomy day!!!”
Koma, 36, took a mirror selfie of his outfit, a Budweiser shirt with a matching hat and green shorts, ahead of the procedure.
“Vasectomy fit check,” he captioned the photo snapped inside the couple’s lavish walk-in closet.
The DJ then recorded a hilarious conversation with his doctor, whom he asked, “Have you ever worked on something this small before?”
Koma’s wife could be heard laughing in the background as the doctor replied, “No, its’s actually not small.”
Koma later documented another picture of himself dressed in a hospital gown, a hair net and compression socks, writing, “Just took a Valium and feeling hyped. What if he gets a bone bone?”
Koma later shared after the surgery was finished, “It wasn’t that bad. 10/10 would recommend.”
Koma shared a photo of his wife seated in their car, referring to her as a “hot nurse”, while admitting he was very high on Valium to help reduce the anxiety before having a vasectomy.
“So I’ve never taken a drug in my life or drank. After that Valium, I get it,” he said in a video on his Instagram Story while filming from bed. “I just want to do Valium all day. That feels so good. I slept better than I’ve slept in years.”
Duff married Koma in 2019 and they share two daughters together; Banks, 5, and Mae, 2.
She also has an 11-year old son, Luca, who was with her ex-husband Mike Comrie during their marriage from 2010 to 1016.
Duff announced in December that she was pregnant with her fourth child.
“Surprise Surprise!” she captioned a photo of her family’s holiday card, in which she cradled her baby bump. “We’re adding one more to this crazy bunch!”
