Despite being his ex-fiancée, Megan Fox still showed up to celebrate Machine Gun Kelly’s 34th birthday party.
Fox was seen in the carousel of photos posted by the birthday boy, looking happy and smiling next to each other in front of a candle-filled backdrop.
Fox, 37, crouched down next to Kelly in an all-black ensemble, while he sat on the ground wearing black pants and a baby blue T-shirt with rapper Nelly printed on the front.
“genre: birthday 🙅🏼♂️🙅🏼♂️,” Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, captioned the post, which also included photos of Post Malone, rapper Mod Sun and more.
Fox attended the musician’s birthday bash just over a month after she admitted they previously ended their engagement.
Fox declined to comment on why her and Kelly split, but said she would always be connected to him somehow.
“I’m not willing go into details and explain. Just know we will always be involved in each others’ lives in someway,” Fox stated.
However, a close source to the couple said, “They are living separately right now and need time apart to work on themselves. They did this arrangement to give each other some space while still being together. They are at a low moment right now. It changes everyday.”
Earlier this month, Fox seemed to speak negatively about relationships and encouraged women to move on from men this summer.
“Just learn a skill or develop a hobby and do not waste your energy on boys,” Fox said. “All they’re gonna do is drain you.”
Fox started dating Kelly in 2020 after meeting each other on the set of their indie film, “Midnight In the Switchgrass” and hit it off.
After they went public with their relationship, Kelly claimed he didn’t know what love was until he met Fox.
Two years later in January 2022, the pair announced they were engaged, but by May 2023 they were reported to be taking a break from wedding planning to work on their relationship.
