Rumer Willis is showing there is no shame in flaunting your postpartum body after giving birth, by wearing a revealing bikini swimsuit while on vacation.
Why feel ashamed? A woman’s body goes through so much while bringing a baby into this world, so why not celebrate your body with pride afterwards.
Willis, 35, told her Instagram followers that she is leaning into her mama curves while she posed in a brown bikini top paired with a striped shirt and sarong.
The actress captioned her bikini snaps, “I want to show my daughter Louetta, 1, what unconditional self love and acceptance looks like.”

“It’s been a journey of continuous curiosity and growth to see how much room and acceptance I can give my body as it continues to shift and transform after birthing a little human,” Willis explained. “I hope to continue feeling in my loving of myself in all the many shapes and sizes it will come in.”
The eldest daughter of actor Bruce Willis and actress Demi Moore, who welcomed her baby girl in April 2023, paired a brown two-piece with a Beachwood sarong ($98) in the social media slideshow.
She completed the look with sunglasses and a Jacquie Aiche “mama” necklace ($6,325) as well as a “Louette” gold nameplate necklace to honor her little one.
Her boyfriend, Derek Richard Thomas, gushed about his “beautiful” partner in the comments.
Rumer and Thomas, 29, made their relationship Instagram official in November 2022, announcing the following month that they were starting a family.
The couple celebrated Louetta’s 1st birthday this past Saturday. Rumer’s touching tribute included a sweet shot of Louetta with Bruce.
Bruce, 69, was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022 and with front temporal dementia the following year in 2023.
Bruce’s other daughter Tallulah gave rare insight into her father’s really aggressive cognitive disease on “The Drew Barrymore Show” in November 2023.
“He is the same, which, I think, in this regard I’ve learned is the best thing you can ask for,” the 30-year-old said. “I see love when I’m with him, and it’s my dad and he loves me.”
